Easy run with the running group.  I did 4 before they met and then 3.5 with the group.  I still didn't sleep last night, I am not sure this is ever going to end.  I got up a 6:15 to run anyway I can't put running off any more.  I guess I will just have to run tired until my body clock swings back to normal.  I felt like a zombie out there running really I think I fell asleep for a few miles because I total don't remember them.  Not sure if it is even safe for me to drive like this.

Splits: 8:39, 8:54, 9:19, 9:35, 8:41, 10:04, 9:42, Last two miles a ran with slower runners to show them the 5K course for Thursday.

James comes Home tomorrow!!!!

(only for a week but that is better then nothing!)

Scary stuff. You MUST have been asleep on the run. Glad to hear James is coming home for a week. Now he'll have jet lag along with you.

Good for you getting out there running with sleepy, tired body and all. Is the jet-lag getting better?

So happy James will be home for Thanksgiving. Will he be heading back to Japan after a week home? That has got to be tough on the body-clock!
