Elliptical 6% resistance in 46:27 I am really sad about this workout, last night I read what I was doing last year. I was at 11% resistance and I did it in 41 something...I know I am hurt now but I was hurt then with a bad back. All this time I was under the impression that I was getting faster but I am not I am getting slower,weaker and less motivated.... Somebody slap me upside my head and get me going!

Consider this your slap upside the head. It is one workout! You cannot compare a single workout to another and expect to draw any conclusions. Your race times show that you are getting faster and that is what is most important.
