I got to the gym late, I had to heal a broken heart.  Why do 16 year olds think they need to fall in love? I now need to go out and buy more tissue and chocolate!

3% decline 3 miles at 9:13, 1.3 miles at 8:34 and .2 miles at 6:40 (I thought I was going to die!)

Lifted for legs

Spin - Hard hill class but I felt like I could get some good speed even on the hills.  I think it might be because of the rest I have had due to my illness.

Look at you upping the distance to .2 @6:40. Very nice. I'm glad the legs were feeling good today.

Being young and in love can be hard (not that being old and in love is any easier). Hope everything works out.

Great run today. Can't wait until you post you ran 1 mile at 6:40.

Tissue and chocolates are great remedies for broken hearts. 16 y.o. hearts heal fast though! You're an AWESOME broken-heart-healer!!!! :)

WOW! VERY SPEEDY run! Horrendous hard hill spinning! GREAT JOB!!! I'm counting on you to pull me to the finish at Boylston in 19 days!!! :)

Wow, look at that speed!!!

Yep, when you're 16, everything is urgent, emotions are amplified by hormones. Ah..to be 16 again...but, I digress...good thing you're there for her. (my wife handles that area in our family)
