I set my alarm last night but forgot to turn it on!  I only had time for 3 elliptical miles at 6% resistance.  Because it was short I tried to keep my cadence at 180 and was successful for the most part.

lifted for legs, they felt a lot better today

Yoga - My husband has found a yoga class for me to go to in Japan.  I am not sure how it will work when I don't speak Japanese...Ima is dog though so when I hear that I will do down dog, or maybe up dog...

That's so cool that you kept it at 180! Sounds like you're recovered.

Sweet that you'll be doing Yapanese Yoga! Konichiwa!

Very nice on the 180 cadence. I always try to do the same when I do elliptical. It is the best way to make it most benificial to improving running efficiency.
