I wanted to do 15 today.  I hate it when I give up too early.  I think the hills take too much out of me, by the time I get to the later miles I just want to quit.  I think I will do three more miles barefoot on the treadmill tonight just so I get 30 miles for this week.  This week has really been sad I had better shape up or Boston is going to STINK!!!!  I will be in Hawaii next week so I am not sure how much better I will be there...you guys yell at me if I start to slack!

Splits: 9:04, 9:09, 9:29, 9:16, 8:54, 9:33, 9:35, 9:26, 9:48, 9:43, 10:34 (running same hill that I did in 9:29 second time around), 10:44, 10:51, 6:45 (.7 mile)

I could tell you weren't having a good morning. Don't worry about the mileage. This was a good recovery week after your half marathon.

Congrats on topping off the mileage for the week/month. You're going to Hawaii? I'm so jealous! No worries about running when you're in Paradise. Have fun and enjoy the beach!
