I did 6 miles on the elliptical 3 miles at 11% resistance and 3 at 9% resistance in 45:45 Lifted for legs - Really hard again Yoga - Ahhhhhhh! So this is my disclaimer if Kim beats me in the 5K tomorrow it is because I thrashed my legs today!
