Ran eight miles and then came home for a drink/potty break.  The plan was to turn around and do 8 more.  When I got home my grandson was crying, I could tell my son needed a break so I held him for about a half hour.  By that time my clothes were all sweaty so I changed and did three more.

Why is my grandson such a huge distraction?  I would rather play with him than do anything else.  I tell my son that if he didn't live with us I would speak fluent Japanese, run 7:00 minute miles and always have a clean house :)

From what I hear, grand kids are just irresistible. Hopefully I won't find out about that for another 15 years or so. Have fun him them while you can.
