Ran from the hotel to the park, around the park three times and then back.  I guess because it is so humid, or maybe because of the salty air I needed to put body glide in places that I have never needed to before!  I am a little chafed but loved running in shorts today.

Splits: 9:00, 8:12, 9:15, 9:47 (saw hubby and walked with him for a sec.) 8:45, 9:22(walked with hubby again)

It is raining right now but "no rain no rainbows right!"

AWESOME run in Hawaii! Is your hotel in Honolulu? Try running around Diamond Head, nice view and great hill running. ENJOY the time with your sweetheart!
