Set out to run 9 miles I could feel that my legs were heavy from the hill repeats yesterday. When I got to the base of my last hill at 3.5 miles, my legs were already tired and I still had the return trip to go.  I decided I was done with hills for the day, turned around and then did the last to on a nice flat treadmill. :)

Splits: 8:50, 8:48, 8:41, 9:19, 9:12, 8:42, 8:43, last two 9:13 0% incline!

Those are NICE splits on hills, at marathon pace too! You're getting stronger! Newton Hills will be cake walk for ya!
