Shhhhhhh, this run is a secret.  I am still sick and my husband didn't want me to run.  I figured I didn't have a fever so I should give it a go.  He left to go out of town at 11:30 and I was running at 12:00.  I really felt good during the run and if I had brought my fuel belt I think I could have gone further.  I still have a sore throat and a cough but I don't feel as tired.

You are going to be in trouble. Glad that you are feeling better.

It's easier to ask for forgiveness than permission! For being sick you ran a pretty good 8 miler. Drink lotsa soothing fluids and EmergenC. Hope you get over the cough and sore throat.

WELCOME HOME!!!!

You are too funny!!! I hope you start feeling better. Did you get sick while in Hawaii?

From Kathie on Mon, Feb 08, 2010 at 18:17:14 from 63.248.105.188

I started to feel sick as we boarded the plane and then when we got off I was really sick but I thought it was just because I had gone so long without sleep. So I guess I got sick in Hawaii but not until the end.

Feeling any better today, Kathie?
