So how did it feel barefoot? I've done it a few times. I can't go very far barefoot because my feet are so sensitive.

3rd time barefooting now and at 3 miles. Are you gonna run 4 barefooted next week? SO COOL! Do your feet get black? Any hot spot? Do you wear socks or your feet are totally naked?

So, tell me more about why you decided to run barefoot and if you like it!!

Nice job!

Love ya!

(Btw, I am about to pull my hair out. I hate this Organic Chemistry text. HATE IT!!!!)

Ok so hubby and I are watching tv and I decide to run for a while but am too lazy to get my shoe, I have on socks. I run for a few miles and I can tell that it is working my foot in a way I can't get with shoes. Now I just throw it in on easy days (I don't dare go very fast) I didn't wear socks today and I can feel a blister coming on so from now on I am going to wear socks. I also don't think I will go much further than three miles mostly because of blisters.

You're soooo funny! Too lazy to get shoes on! What a revelation!

I ran w/ cros couple of days after Boston at the hotel, same reason, was going to swim, but the pool was out of order, and I was too lazy to go up to the room to get shoes, so I ran in crocs, people were giving me funny looks! I should have gone barefooted.

Smart to ease into it! I think our feet are too tender to go totally naked! VFFs are so expensive!

Very interesting Kathie!! Maybe I will try it.

Smooth, remember that when you were running in crocs you started having IT pain. BE CAREFUL!!!! :) And btw, if you just happen to mention the VFFs I am certain that your sweetheart will have them for you the next day!!! :)

Yah right! I should mention that to prez. I'm still waiting for my elliptical or arc trainer, HA! Hmmm I wonder if I can find some VFFs on eBay?
