The plan was to run 10 with my friend and then 5 on my own.  My friend got very sick at mile 3 we walked two more miles and then she ended her run at 5 miles.  I did 10.5 on my own.  They felt very good  I kept the pace nice and slow I was happy with how strong I felt at the end.  I even ran up the last hill that I normally walk.

Splits: 10:41, 11:07, 11:19, 14:04, 16:02, 9:37, 9:27, 9:17, 9:11, 9:31, 9:00, 6:25 (that can't be right) 14:13 (that is not right either!)8:54, 9:40,  Looks like it might be time for a new Garmin?

Sorry about your friend getting sick.

Hey, you did great on that run. Sounds like you're getting back to your old self.

You're friend's puke pace and yours are quite different! :) Nice miles.

That is mighty nice of you to stay with your friend! I am sure she appreciates you so very much!

What's your training plan for Boston?
