Three mile walk with hubby. We saw a guy on a bike get hit today. He was ok but it confirmed to me again why I don't ride outside!

Scary stuff. I worry about that all the time. There are some crazy drivers out there.

Poor cyclist...scary! What a nice walk w/ hubby. He's not traveling as much now? Can't wait to see how you do at Ogden! Hope I get to see you!

He is only home this week and then the next four he is gone. I am really taking advantage of him being home. It is a good thing this is a taper week!

I'm glad your hubby is home to help you taper and do everything else he does. Is he going to be at the finish line in Ogden cheering for you?

No my husband never goes to my races. It is usually a "sister" thing and he is not invited :)

yep, riding is a dangerous sport but so is stepping into the bathtub. Pick your battles.

Have fun tomorrow. You have a 3:45 in you. Just hang with Marc to the finish.
