Walked 3.3 miles with my husband and then ran a few more.  I was wondering if walking is good cross training.  I felt it much more in my hips and glutes, which is where I feel I am the weakest. Do you think it would be helpful if I walked three miles with my husband everyday in addition to my St. George training?

Yes, walking is EXCELLENT xtraining, especially for the HEARTS, as long as you're doing it with the SWEETHEART! :) Wish mine would *xtraining* with me! ;)
