Went to do my speed day. I still don't feel well but I am so far behind in my training as it is I went anyway. Warmed up with one mile at 9:13 then I did 800 meters at 7:30. My legs felt really good but I got light headed at the end. After the rest interval I still felt light headed. I did one more interval and knew it was not going to work. I really want to get better fast, but old grandmas like me must take a long time to heal. I will try and get in some easy miles tonight just to make my brain feel like I am not falling too far behind. I know they really wont help that much physically. |
