one mile warm up 6X .25 mile hill repeats.  I forgot to change my laps to .25 miles so the splits really mean nothing.  I felt like these were hard but not nearly as hard as the last time I did them.

splits: 8:56,  9:30, 9:44, 10:23, 17:34 (walk home with hubby)

GREAT work on the hill repeats. It's not as hard as the last time means you're getting stronger. GOOD SIGN!

I just press the lap button to get the time rather than pace when doing repeats/intervals.

Hey BAA assigned bib numbers. Looks like you and I are in the same corral. The three grannies and one chick all start in wave two! Canyon said we should all wear matching shirts and run the whole thing together. Wouldn't that be FUN?

I'm glad the run got easier compared to last time.

Sounds like you are getting stronger. Good job.
