14 miles first 6 by myself last eight with Heidi. I had to help my son move and wanted to run 4 more after for a total of 18 but by the time we were done my legs were so stiff I opted to call 14 good. Splits: 8:48, 8:55, 8:52, 9:13, 8:35, 8:34, 9:02, 9:45, 10:46, 11:50, 10:20, 10:07, 9:24, lost one mile in there not quite sure how?
