Elliptical 6 miles. I started at 11% quickly moved to 9% and then to 6%, the heavy resistance hurt my hamstring. I did it in a very slow 49 minutes but without pain.

slow is good....not a good idea to push things...who knows you may be out for 6 weeks :)

Hamstrings can be very finicky. Try sticking with your spinning for a week and give that hammy a rest.
