8 miles with my son and then 2 on the treadmill. Hammy is sore today but more like hard work sore than injury sore (I hope any way!) Way to many hill on my run today. My running options by my house are: 1- Flat and long but no bathrooms - Legacy Parkway Trail
2- Very hilly and long - Orchard Dr.
3- Rolling hills but short - Davis Blvd.
We ran option 2 today and the hills did me in! I am not sure what to do I would love to run more flat miles - not on the treadmill - but a old lady who has had three children needs a potty break every now and then! Here are the splits from today I am not going to cry too hard about them I just hope I have more good runs like yesterdays in me. Splits: 9:40, 8:59, 8:82, 9:21, 10:29 (practiced water stops with son) 9:59, 9:39, 14:45 (walked big hill to my house)
