Long, hard, lonely, and hot miles.  I was hoping for much faster but I got slow, at least they were pain free...well at least the hammy didn't give me trouble 20 miles is never pain free!

At mile 13.47 I got stung by a wasp!  It killed for the rest of the run and quit frankly I am blaming it for my slow times!

I forgot to stop my watch at the street lights from mile 16 on so they are off but I doubt they would be much faster.  I walked the mile 20 (it is up a big hill)

Here are the splits: 9:30, 9:17, 9:11, 9:24, 9:34, 9:21, 9:21, 9:06, 9:07, 9:16, 9:09, 9:20, 9:30, 9:41 (wasp mile) 10:28, (up hill at 1000 north) 10:34, 9:48, 11:45 (long traffic light I hope!) 10:30, 16:40

Nice job getting the miles in. Long runs are all about time on your feet. You did very well.

GOOD JOB running a hot lonely 20 miler on a Monday with hills and bee sting! Man, you are one tough cookie!

GLAD to hear the hammy didn't squawk!

Andy is always right! 20 done! YAY!

Float like a butterfly, sting like a bee!

You got in your 20.

Who cares about the pace ... a 20 miler is a 20 miler!!! (And ... your pace wasn't bad, sister.)

You rock!

Love you!
