I put this as an easy 10 miles but it was far from easy. I ran with Nick and he wanted to feel marathon pace. He wants to finish in 4 hours so his pace is 9:06. After running 20 miles yesterday I was not sure how it would go but I was willing to give it a try. Splits:9:03, 8:55, 8:42, 9:05, 9:42, (hill so still marathon pace effort), 8:58, 9:33 (I am cooked I tell him to go on), 10:00, 10:16, 15:43 (Walked the big hill mile)
