This was going to be a 6 fast miles followed by 6 slow miles while I ran with a friend...but they were all slow I was just not feeling it this morning.  Part of it was I was sacred to death.  I started at 4:45 and one mile into my run a guy started running behind me and he wouldn't pass no matter how slow I went.  Later when I ran by a chain link fence it started to shake.  I am not sure if the wind shook it or if deer were jumping over it but I peed a little!  Anyway that is why I was so slow for the first six.

splits: 9:51, 9:34, 9:27, 10:14, 9:35, 9:22, 10:10, 11:15, 11:08, 11:14, 10:58, 10:36

I hope every one who raced today had a great time!

I've had runs like that before. The eerie part, not the peeing part. Sounds like an adventurous run.

That's pretty creepy. Glad he didn't do anything to you. How are you doing?

Friend, I hope you are feeling it again.

It reminded me of my scary run at Tetonia when a creepy guy circled his truck 2 times towards me! Must carry mace next time. Stay safe! Don't tell that to Kimmy or her hubby would never let her run outside at night.

How are you doing this week?

Kathie, are you guys still going to Pocatello? How's that hammy feeling?
