I had to wake up early and take my daughter to a photo shoot.  She is starting to model...not sure how I feel about it...I did it in college and it is an ugly business.  I just can't seem to convince her of that. So if she is going to do it I am going to be there for EVERY shoot even if I have to skip a run or two!

All really easy miles.  Hamstring is not getting better, nor is it getting worse.  When I started the run I went 1.5 miles stopped and stretched, it helped a little.  Ran one more mile decided to skip the hills at the end of the run. After I turned around I thought I could run to my sons house and get a drink, he lives .25 miles down a hill out of my way.  When I got there it looked like they were still asleep so I walked back up the hill.  Even though I walked it still bothered my hammy.  Ran home and did the last mile and a half on the nice flat treadmill.

Splits: 9:20, 8:59, 9:04, 11:08 (walking up hill) 9:00, 7:52 (.80)

Another early photo shoot for my daughter.  I was going to go to the gym in the pm and elliptical but then I was asked to baby sit my grandson...how do I let my family get in the way of my running...really I love it!

I ran this with my son.  He had never ran more than 9 miles at one time.  I was not sure how he would do but he rocked it!  I always walk the last mile, it is a steep up hill but he said he had thing to do and he just ran up it like it was totally flat.  I am not sure that he will BQ his first marathon but I  now know he can finish.  If I could just get him to train I am sure he would kill it...I guess at 18 you have to many other fun distractions to run all the time!

At mile 10 a 5K race passed us on the other side of the road we must have subconsciously pick up the pace it was is our fastest mile, half of it is up hill!

Splits: 9:07, 8:56, 8:42, 9:04, 8:49, 8:58, 9:13, 9:16, 9:18, 8:42, 9:17, 9:57, 9:29, 13:33 (walk up hill)
