Waited around all day trying to decide whether I should run or not. My leg has never really hurt but it feels like it is going to sleep all the time. You know that painful prickly sensation. Around 4:00 I watched how to tape my leg with KT tape and put some on. Wow it felt so much better I headed out knowing I could do my tempo run for the day. Just .5 miles in I could feel the pain increasing I pushed on until I hit the mile mark and then turned around. I have never been afraid that I couldn't finish a marathon until now. Only 7 weeks until Boston and I am not feeling ready at all. As I am writing this the pain in my leg has increased a lot. I am going to go cry!
